The basic machine configuration includes an automatic feeder for feeding from a pallet, a Komfi-design feeding head, a vacuum pump, long sheet separation air blowers, automatic sheet overlap control, and miss-feeding detection.

A laminating cylinder heated by a 5-zone electrical resistance heater, temperature drop detection, and a polyurethane-coated pressure roll further enhances the performance of the KOMFI SAGITTA 76. Also included are an adjustable sheet de-curling unit, an airshaft for film unwinding, and an air pressure decrease detector.

Rotating knives and a built-in perforator are used to automatically separate sheets, and the snapping unit is pneumatically operated, with a speed-adjustable snapping roller assuring effective operation.. The machine also comes equipped with a sheet separation detector and jogger for further convenience
