The MOHR D 56 ECO offers a swing cut that is carried out hydraulically, allowing the knife to adapt to the material being cut. The stainless table surface is equipped with air jets for easy handling of the material, and the clamping pressure can be adjusted infinitely to each cutting material by means of a turning knob with scale. The cutting line is marked with bright LEDs, making it obvious to the operator.

An ergonomically positioned control panel with a 5.5-inch monochrome display and an extra membrane keyboard is used to operate the machine. Cutting sequences that repeat frequently can be memorized (198 programs of memory capacity) and changed at any moment. Cutting programs can be made manually or with menu-driven, user-friendly block programming. Depending on the material, the pre-clamping period can be changed to improve cutting quality.

The MOHR D 56 ECO is built with a compact and extremely sturdy iron frame based on computer aided design, ensuring the greatest cutting accuracy. Safety is also a priority, as the machine features a two-hand cut release with simultaneous control and non-repeat device, infrared light curtain, finger protection for pressure clamp, utmost safety during knife change through knife protection, operator guidance and special knife lift, rear table guard, knock-up block, GS-Certificate, and CE-Norm.
