The Petratto Digi Folder- 78/105 Automatic Folding and Gluing Machine with Accessories is a state-of-the-art solution for folding and gluing thick and thin irregular shaped substrates. This machine comes equipped with the latest feeding system, which can handle belt feeding for various substrate thicknesses and shapes. The Modulo 78/105, the latest in its class, uses an innovative roller conveying system to eliminate conveying belt tension problems.

The accessories included with the machine are the SETAS Mini Metro, a complete electric cabinet for Mini Metro, big and small folding ploughs and tractors for folding longer and smaller flaps respectively, middle folding right and left ploughs with complete transport belts, and a blower discriminator that guides the edges of thick sheets to enter the upper folding tipper.

The upper folding pocket-tipper is a heavy-duty folding tipper that works with substrates ranging from 250 to 500 grams, including duplex and food-grade board. It features a unique design that avoids cracks on the sheet during folding. Additionally, the machine comes with an upper buckle plate that is suitable for sheet and cardboard ranging from 100 to 400 grams.

The machine also features a new fast crab crash attachment, a hot melt gluing system, and innovative tape heads that can apply double-sided tapes at high speed of up to 25 mm. The single delivery unit with a specially designed pressing roller ensures that the folders and boxes are not deformed and receive enough pressure during delivery.
