Designed for long-sheet capability and intelligent automation, it delivers precise, crack-free creasing and accurate folding in one efficient process.

The Morgana DigiFold Pro XL is a sturdy machine for creasing and folding that is used for medium to large volume digital and offset printing. It has an open design and uses a suction feeder that can accommodate sheet sizes from 8.3” to 51”, accommodating modern printing capabilities of long sheets.

Some of its key features include a pull-out extension for sheets up to 51 inches, DynaCrease technology for easy replacement of blades, and static creasing capabilities. It can fold up to 6,000 A4-sized sheets per hour and crease up to 7,500 per hour. It has a maximum loading height of 7.9″. Operations are automated, and the operation depends on the size of the sheets and the media being folded.

 

The air knife sheet separator and up to five inline perforating/scoring wheels give you added flexibility, including cross-perforating. The Pro XL offers up to 30 static creases per sheet, along with a delivery tray and a belt stacker.
