The hydraulic-driven cutter is a robust and programmable machine with a 5.5-inch monochrome display, designed for precise and gentle swing cutting. The machine allows for adapting the knife's time spent in the lower dead end to suit different materials, ensuring the optimal cutting quality. The cutter's ultra-smooth stainless-steel table surface is equipped with air jets, which makes material handling easy. The clamping pressure can be infinitely adjusted to suit any cutting material within a wide setting range using a turning knob with a scale. The cutting line is marked clearly and brightly by LEDs for the operator's convenience. The machine's operation is facilitated by an ergonomically positioned control panel with a 5.5-inch monochrome display and an additional membrane keypad. It has a memory capacity of up to 198 programs, allowing for storing and adapting recurring cutting sequences at any time. The creation of cutting programs can be done manually or through block programming, which is intuitive and menu-driven. The pre-clamping time can be adjusted to optimize the cutting quality according to the material. The cutter's features include a compact and sturdy iron frame based on computer-aided design, two-channel safety hydraulics, a false plate for the pressure clamp, and a modern frame construction from specially designed precision profiles. The machine's cutting quality is further enhanced by the direct and precise measuring system. The table blower with a separate outlet provides permanent air, ensuring the efficient operation of the cutter. The machine's operator guidance for knife change is integrated, and the knife change process is automatic, with fine adjustment from the front side of the machine.

Built-in air jets on the Mohr Cutter 80 improve the excellent material glide for effortless handling on the corrosion-free table surface. Using a rotating knob with a scale, clamping pressure can be continually changed to fit any material.

The 18.5" touch screen on the D PLUS cutting machine is ergonomically built to make operating simple. Cutting programs are automatically generated from prepress data by optional Compucut® software, and setup time is eliminated by using a barcode scanner to start the program instantaneously. Process visualization greatly lowers errors and waste by giving operators a graphical reference for material management.
