The Uchida AeroFold is an advanced two-cassette folding machine designed for automated operation. With 30 pre-programmed fold options for standard paper sizes and the ability to save custom settings, it accommodates various paper types (including recycled and coated) and densities (52.3 to 230 g/m2) using a vacuum belt system.
This precision-engineered Japanese machine includes 6 Quick Start buttons for common folding modes: single fold, zigzag, winding, double parallel fold, fold-out, and window. It boasts a protective dust and noise-insulating hood, error indication system, and can handle up to 15,000 sheets per hour. The machine also adapts to paper size and offers expandable finishing capabilities with punching and creasing modules.
